Use of website; License Grant. The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes. You are granted a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website conditioned on your continued acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms of Use.
Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you shall have 30 calendar days from purchase to receive a refund. However, if you have already signed up to take the Ready to Work Credential, no refund will be available. To request a refund, you must send an email request to [email protected] with an email subject line of “Refund”.
If your refund meets the criteria above, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Indemnification.
